Ben, 31, is the son of current president, Howard Hill, and brings with him a rich background in multi-media and business experience. He has spent the previous 8 years in New York City, working as a consultant for companies such as Harper Collins Publishing, The Trump Organization and RollingStone Magazine. He now joins forces with his father in both sales and marketing.
